Made-To-Order Fulfillment

Products sold through this storefront are not shipped directly by us. Items are produced and fulfilled by Printify and its print providers after your order is placed.

Processing And Production Time

Because products are made to order, production starts after payment is accepted. Production times may vary by item type, print provider workload, inventory availability, destination, and seasonal demand.

Any shipping or delivery estimates shown on the site are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information submitted with an order.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may be manufactured by different print providers and may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, local taxes, import duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. Those charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

• If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.
• If an item is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or arrives with a production defect, contact support as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos where relevant.
• We may rely on information from Printify, the print provider, and the shipping carrier to review delivery claims.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, supply shortages, peak shopping periods, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
